본 개인정보처리방침(이하 “본 방침”)을 게시하는 김의진(Kim Eui Jin)(Google Play에 개발자명 Vibrogrammer로 앱을 게시하는 개인 개발자, 이하 “개발자”)은 안드로이드 앱 “셀라 – 매일 말씀 배경화면”(영문명 Selah, 패키지명 com.mosaic.wallpaper, 이하 “본 앱”)의 제공자입니다. 본 앱은 Google Play에서 내려받을 수 있으며, 기기 배경화면에 성경 구절을 표시합니다.

스토어 등록정보에 표시되는 개발자명 Vibrogrammer와 그 실제 주체인 김의진(Kim Eui Jin)은 동일한 개발자이며, 본 앱과 본 방침에 대한 법적 책임 주체입니다. 본 방침은 위에 특정한 본 앱에만 적용되며, 다른 앱이나 서비스에는 적용되지 않습니다.

본 방침은 앱 내 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 개인정보처리방침 메뉴에서 언제든지 열어볼 수 있습니다.

2. 본 앱이 접근·수집·이용·공유하는 데이터 (요약)

본 앱은 개발자에게 전송되는 개인정보나 민감정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 개발자는 사용자 데이터를 저장하는 서버·데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다. 본 앱이 실제로 접근하거나 기기에 저장하는 데이터는 아래가 전부입니다.

본 앱은 다음 유형의 개인정보 및 민감정보를 일절 수집·저장·전송하지 않습니다.

본 앱에는 사용자 계정·로그인·회원가입 기능이 없으며, 광고 SDK·분석(애널리틱스) SDK·추적(트래킹) SDK를 일절 포함하지 않습니다.

4. 사진 및 저장소 접근

사용자가 직접 배경 이미지를 추가하는 경우, Android 시스템 사진 선택기(Android Photo Picker)를 통해 사용자가 그 자리에서 선택한 항목만 본 앱에 전달됩니다. 본 앱은 사진첩 전체에 접근하는 권한(READ_MEDIA_IMAGES 등)을 요청하지 않으며, 사진첩을 검색하거나 목록을 읽지 않습니다. 선택된 이미지는 기기 내부에서만 처리되며, 외부 서버나 개발자에게 업로드·전송되지 않습니다.

5. 네트워크 통신 및 제3자

본 앱은 “팩 둘러보기” 등 콘텐츠 다운로드 기능에서 이미지 팩·글꼴·성경 본문의 목록과 파일을 콘텐츠 전송 네트워크(Cloudflare R2, 제공자: Cloudflare, Inc.)에서 내려받습니다.

본 앱은 위 CDN 제공자 외의 어떤 제3자에게도 개인정보를 제공·공유하지 않으며, 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 광고 네트워크, 데이터 브로커, 그 밖의 마케팅 목적 제3자와 어떠한 데이터도 공유하지 않습니다. 법적 의무가 없는 한 데이터를 제3자에게 이전하지 않으며, 개발자가 보유한 사용자 데이터 자체가 없으므로 이전할 데이터가 존재하지 않습니다.

6. 권한

본 앱이 선언하는 권한은 위 1개뿐입니다. 위치, 연락처, 마이크, 카메라, 저장소, 전화, 캘린더, 신체 활동 등 어떠한 런타임 권한이나 민감 권한도 요청하지 않습니다.

10. 이용자의 권리

거주 지역의 법령(대한민국 개인정보 보호법, EU GDPR, 미국 캘리포니아주 CCPA 등)에 따라 이용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지·이동을 요구할 권리를 가집니다. 본 앱은 개발자가 개인정보를 수집·보유하지 않으므로 개발자 측에 열람·정정·이동할 데이터가 존재하지 않으며, 기기 내 데이터는 위 8항의 방법으로 사용자가 직접 전부 삭제할 수 있습니다. 권리 행사와 관련한 문의는 위 이메일로 접수해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. App this policy applies to, developer information, and privacy point of contact

김의진 (Kim Eui Jin), an individual developer publishing on Google Play under the developer name Vibrogrammer ("the developer"), is the provider of the Android application “셀라 – 매일 말씀 배경화면” (English name: Selah; package name / application ID com.mosaic.wallpaper; "the App"), published on Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mosaic.wallpaper. This policy applies solely to that app. The privacy point of contact is 김의진 (Kim Eui Jin), trading as Vibrogrammer, at daesung0153@naver.com; privacy enquiries, access requests and deletion requests sent there are answered within 30 business days. This policy is also reachable inside the App under 설정 (Settings) → 개인정보 보호 (Privacy) → 개인정보처리방침 (Privacy policy).

2. Data the app accesses, collects, uses and shares (summary)

The app does not collect any personal or sensitive user data that is transmitted to the developer. The developer operates no server or database that stores user data. The following is the complete list of data the app accesses or stores.

3. Data the app does not collect

The app never collects, stores or transmits: names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses; location data (precise or approximate); contacts, call/SMS logs or calendar; advertising IDs or persistent device identifiers (IMEI, Android ID); installed app lists; uploads of photos, video or audio to the developer; financial or payment information (there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions); health or fitness data; or app activity/behavioural analytics. There are no user accounts, sign-in or registration. The app contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs and no tracking SDKs.

4. Photos and storage access

When a user adds their own background image, only the items the user explicitly selects in the Android system photo picker are passed to the app. The app does not request broad gallery permissions (such as READ_MEDIA_IMAGES) and does not browse or index the photo library. Selected images are processed on the device only and are never uploaded or sent to the developer.

5. Network communication and third parties

The app downloads image packs, fonts and Bible text files from a content delivery network (Cloudflare R2, operated by Cloudflare, Inc.). Standard internet request metadata (device IP address, timestamp, user agent) may be processed by that provider under Cloudflare, Inc.'s privacy policy. The developer does not collect, store, access or use this information to identify anyone, and download requests contain no user identifier or account information. Apart from these downloads, the app transmits no data over the network.

The app shares personal or sensitive user data with no other third party, and the developer does not sell user data. No data is shared with advertising networks, data brokers or other marketing third parties.

6. Permissions

The app declares exactly one permission: android.permission.INTERNET, used solely to download the content described above. It requests no runtime or sensitive permissions of any kind (no location, contacts, microphone, camera, storage, phone, calendar or physical activity).

7. Secure data handling procedures

Encryption in transit: all content downloads use HTTPS (TLS); the app performs no cleartext HTTP traffic.
Isolated on-device storage: all data created by the app is kept in the Android app-private sandbox, inaccessible to other apps, and protected by the device's own lock screen and Android file-based encryption.
Data minimisation by design: the app is built so that no personal data reaches the developer. Data that is never stored on a server cannot be breached on a server.
Least privilege: only the INTERNET permission is declared; photo access is limited to items the user picks in the system photo picker.
Minimal third-party code: no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs are bundled, removing that class of data-leak path.
Device backup: the app uses Android's standard Auto Backup, so some app data (such as settings) may be backed up in encrypted form to the user's own Google account. This is a Google-provided feature; the developer cannot access those backups, and users may disable backup in Android settings.
Incident response: because the developer holds no user data there is no server-side breach exposure. Any security issue affecting the app will be addressed promptly via an app update and, where appropriate, announced on this page and in the store listing. Vulnerabilities can be reported to the contact email above.

8. Data retention and deletion policy

Retention: all app data resides on the user's device for as long as the user keeps the app installed. The developer retains no user data on any server — server-side retention period is zero.
Deletion by the user: data can be permanently deleted at any time by (a) removing individual photos, phrases or ranges inside the app, (b) Android Settings → Apps → Selah → Storage → Clear data, or (c) uninstalling the app, which removes all app-created data from the device.
Account deletion: the app has no user accounts, so there is no account to delete.
Deletion requests: no request procedure is needed because the developer stores no user data; enquiries sent to the contact email are answered within 30 business days.
Backup copies: Google account backups are managed and deleted by the user in Android/Google account settings.

9. Children's privacy

The app collects no personal information from users of any age, including children under 13 (under 14 in the Republic of Korea). It contains no advertising and performs no profiling or behavioural advertising directed at children. Guardians with concerns may contact the developer at the email above.

10. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. Korea's PIPA, the EU GDPR, California's CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal data. Because the developer neither collects nor holds personal data, there is nothing held by the developer to access, correct or port; all on-device data can be deleted entirely by the user using the methods in section 8. 11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or functional changes. Any revision will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date; material changes will additionally be communicated through an app update or the store listing.
